Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Architectural Designer/Drafter at Tri-City Engineers in West Richland, WA. This position will be responsible for Architectural design/drafting, understanding of IBC & IRC codes, energy code requirements, producing calculations for outputs, and ensuring designs meet clients’ needs and budgets.
Qualifications
- Architectural Design skills
- Experience in Residential and Commercial Designs
- Strong knowledge of IBC & IRC principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field
Compensation
- $55,000 – $75,000 Annually *DOE
